Inspection policy
1. Time of goods inspection
NiceDesign accepts customers to check with delivery staff at the time of receipt. Testing of goods is not supported.
After receiving the goods, if the customer checks and discovers any errors, they can contact customer service for support in returning or exchanging the goods.
Note: Please record a video when opening the product for comparison when necessary.
2. Scope of goods inspection
Customers can check the actual products received, compare the products received with the products ordered on the order after NiceDesign staff confirms the order according to the following criteria: sample photo, product code, size, color, material,...
When checking the goods, customers only check the outside and do not open them for use.
Absolutely do not peel or open product boxes with sealed stamps or guarantee stamps.
Note: For sealed products, payment must be made to the Shipper (if COD is available) before opening.
3. Steps to take when received goods are not as ordered
When you check the product, the product received is not the same as the product you ordered. Please contact hotline 1900.63.3579 to meet the customer service department to confirm the order.
In case NiceDesign closes the wrong order according to the customer's request, the customer may not receive the goods or pay. In case the order has been paid, the customer can request to send a new order or not, NiceDesign will refund the money to you as soon as possible.
In case NiceDesign packs the goods according to the order, but the customer changes his/her needs, the customer can request a return and apply the return policy. In this case, the customer will have to pay the delivery fee (if any).
