Shipping policy
To ensure the shipping and delivery process goes smoothly, NiceDesign would like to send our customers the following Shipping Policy:
1. General policy
Please check the goods before receiving. After signing to confirm receipt of the goods, we are not responsible for any deficiencies or complaints later.
Payment method: according to payment method agreement between the parties.
Warranty policy: according to the warranty policy attached to the contract (if any).
Goods will come with warranty card (if any), product information, and other documents (if any).
VAT invoice will be issued by THINK VIETNAM TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD and sent to your email.
In case of delay in delivery, we will notify you via fanpage message/mail/phone.
2. Shipping policy
NiceDesign supports nationwide shipping in 2 forms:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For this form, you will need to pay 100% of the shipping fee incurred during the shipping process (there will be a notice before shipping) and make a deposit for the order as follows:
- For orders under 10,000,000 VND : You do not need to deposit.
- For orders from 10,000,000 VND or more : You will need to deposit according to the instructions in the Payment step if ordering on the website or according to the instructions of the Sales Specialist if purchasing directly.
NiceDesign will support you with collection fees and order insurance.
NiceDesign is responsible for supporting you throughout the entire shipping process until you receive the product.
Delivery, 100% payment in advance
For this form, you will be exempted from shipping fees incurred during the delivery process.
Please pay 100% of the order value in advance.

3. Shipping partners
3.1. Through the delivery unit
NiceDesign supports shipping through leading reputable delivery units such as: VNPost, Viettel Post, Nhat Tin Logistics,... NiceDesign is responsible until the product reaches you (Please check the product upon receipt).
In case the product is broken, dented, scratched or the product is not as the original information that NiceDesign provided to you, please do not accept the product and notify NiceDesign . NiceDesign will be responsible for resolving with the shipping party so as not to affect the rights of the Customer. In case after receiving the product, the product has the above problems (broken, dented, scratched... or physical impact from the environment), NiceDesign will not be able to support you in handling it.
3.2. Garage
NiceDesign does not support transportation via bus station . In case you request transportation via bus station, the bus station must be designated by you. In case of problems arising during the transportation process, NiceDesign does not support handling.
3.3. Ship within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city
NiceDesign supports free shipping within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Shipping outside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: If you pay 100% in advance, you will be supported with free shipping costs . For orders in the suburbs of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City , NiceDesign supports you with home delivery for a fee (5,000 VND/1km) .
4. Shipping time
For orders within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
NiceDesign supports delivery within 1 hour for products that are available at the store. For products that are not available/not available in the area you need delivery, NiceDesign will notify you of the specific delivery time.
For orders in the provinces
NiceDesign delivers through shipping units nationwide. Normal delivery time is 1-3 days depending on the area. During holidays, shipping time may be delayed, NiceDesign will notify you specifically after shipping.
For orders outside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
For orders outside the inner city, NiceDesign supports same-day delivery if you place your order before 12:00 AM . For orders placed after this time, NiceDesign will proactively contact and schedule a specific delivery date for you.
