Payment policy

At NiceDesign, you can shop conveniently thanks to flexible payment methods: Cash payment; Payment by ATM card, Visa, MasterCard; Bank transfer; Online payment.

I. Cash payment

At the store:

You can come to buy and pay directly at the stores in the NiceDesign system.

At the delivery address:

Pay directly to NiceDesign delivery staff.

II. Online payment on NiceDesign

Payment methods

1. Payment via domestic ATM card

NiceDesign supports purchases using domestic ATM cards from 40 domestic banks connected to the VNPT EPAY payment gateway.

Simple, easy to use, intuitive and secure payment in just three steps:

  • Step 1: Enter card information.

  • Step 2: Customer authentication.

  • Step 3: Pay and receive results immediately.

In addition, to pay by domestic bank card, your card must be registered to use the online payment feature or the Bank's electronic banking.

The transaction is recorded as successful when you receive a notification from the payment gateway system returning the status "Transaction successful" (Balance/limit guaranteed and customer authentication according to the card's usage regulations).

2. Payment by Visa/Master card

After choosing the payment method via Visa/Master Card, the system will switch to the payment interface of VNPT EPAY, you will proceed to fill in the information according to the instructions to complete the order.

Note: NiceDesign charges 1% payment fee for Visa, MasterCard.

3. Online payment via VNPAY-QR Payment Gateway

After you choose the payment method by QR Transfer, the system will display the payment QR code. You proceed to open the banking App, scan the QR code to complete the order.

In addition, you can also transfer money directly via MB bank to NiceDesign according to the information:

  • Bank name: MB - Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank

  • Account holder: THINK VIET NAM TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED

  • Account number: 0641100822003

  • Transfer content: Customer name, Phone number - Example: 'Nguyen Van A, 0912345678'

Note:

  • Please choose 24/7 Money Transfer Service for quick transaction completion.

  • After successful transfer, please click ' Transferred ' button on the payment screen.

  • Immediately after receiving confirmation from the bank , NiceDesign will notify you and proceed with delivery according to the agreed time.

III. Payment by swiping ATM, Visa, MasterCard cards

At the store:

Swipe your card directly at NiceDesign chain stores. All NiceDesign stores support swiping ATM, Visa, MasterCard cards.

Note: NiceDesign charges 1% card swiping fee to customers for Visa and MasterCard cards.

At home/receiving location:

Please request in advance so that the Sales Specialist can bring a payment and card swiping machine.

IV. Regulations on refunds when paying online on NiceDesign

In case you have purchased and paid successfully online but have extra money, or do not want to take the product anymore. The refund process for you will be carried out as follows:

Domestic ATM card

  • Refund time: 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)

  • Support: If after 10 days the Customer does not receive the money, NiceDesign will support contacting the bank to resolve the issue.

  • Conditions: Orders paid via domestic ATM card

Credit card

  • Refund time: 7 - 15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)

  • Support: If after 15 days the Customer does not receive the money, NiceDesign will support contacting the bank to resolve the issue.

  • Terms: Orders paid by credit/debit card

QR Transfer

  • Refund time: 3 - 8 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)

  • Support: If you do not receive the money after 10 days, please proactively contact NiceDesign for support.

  • Condition: QR transfer
